So Ask came about from the regular questions and queries I received from fellow health and social care professionals looking for answers to regulatory and quality issues. It also occurred to me that 30 years as a health professional leaves you with a lot of knowledge and expertise!
Through a long experience in running different services for different groups, one thing I know is that busy managers usually can’t see how they can meet Ofsted or CQC requirements for records, evidence or policy. In small businesses, there isn’t the capacity to have someone working full time in these areas.
